Laundry Assistance is a home support service that helps with washing, drying, folding, sorting, and placing laundry in a designated area during your scheduled visit. It is completed using the client’s laundry machines and products unless arranged otherwise.
How many loads are included?

This depends on the service selected and the amount of time booked. Additional loads can be added using the Additional Load of Laundry extra.
Do I need to provide laundry detergent?

Yes. Clients should provide detergent, softener, dryer sheets, stain products, or any preferred laundry products unless arranged in advance.
Can you put laundry away?

Laundry can be placed in a designated area. Putting items away in drawers, closets, or bedrooms may be available if time allows or if additional concierge time is added.
Do you wash delicate or dry-clean-only items?

No. Delicate, dry-clean-only, or special-care items should be separated before service. We only handle items that can be safely washed and dried according to the client’s instructions.
Can laundry be added to another service?

Yes. Laundry support can be added to General Home Reset, Rental Reset Support, or Linen Reset when available.
No, you do not need to be home as long as we have access instructions and clear laundry notes before the visit.
